New Ponds at Robson Ranch

Hi Everyone,
Last week's rain brought a great looking scene on the fairway behind our house. We got over 7 inches of rain in 8 hours! between 3:35 PM and 6:35 PM. we got 4.6 inches! These pictures were taken around 7 PM. By the next morning, all the water was gone.

No you can't teach an old dog new tricks

Okay this is my second stab at this as the first one is residing in cyber-space. I had it all typed and so pretty and then I was ready for the next stage...adding the picture of Gizmoe, and I pushed the wrong button. All gone! Thisreminds me of when I was learning how to send e-mails...hence the term hot tomale! Which I might say has been misconstrued for 12.5 yrs. Oh well that is another story. So this blog is different from the first because I don't have automatic recall and that would be boring anyway. This one is also going to be shorter, lucky you.
So anyway the screaming monkey thing we got in Spokane, became the cherished new toy of Gizmoe....too bad for the stuffed duck! She carries it with her everywhere, even outside to do her business. The only problem with that is she leaves it there. As you cn see from the picture(I hope you can see it) she is very fond of it,despite the fact that it is now a screaming amputee!
I'm finished. Now I will call Ron before I push a button and make this disappear.

Their ALL Married!!

Can you believe it! After 8 years of kids being in college and 4 weddings in the last 18 months (3 in 2006) we're ready for a vacation. Anne and I thought we would have a break after the twins graduated - we were wrong! The last 4 decided to test our endurance by getting married in 6 month intervals.

The last 4 kids joined Robyn in marriage:
Terra married in Mexico. Kevin married in Austin. Shannon married in Lake Jackson. Chris married in Spokane. We now have a Matt, Becky, Marcus, and Sarah joining Brian.

This means our family has doubled. Our 5 + spouses + 2 grandsons (Toby & Scout) = 14.

I'll be posting pictures from our "White Elephant" Christmas in Spokane later.
